Hi. Was just wondering if anyone on here knew any good minidisc walkman recorders. I need one preferably Sony (although if there is no Sony that suits this description I would pick another manufacturer) which must have an anti-skip and the option of MDLP (MiniDisc Long Play). Microphone ports and phono inputs would be great extras, but not essential. The maximum amount of money I have set myself to spend on this is £50 although if I absolutely had to I could go slightly overbudget. Please give as many recommendations as you can, thank you in advance.

Hi there
Ive been having a bit of a google on this
According to Wikipedia, the MDLP was introduced from the year 2000 - so models earlier than that would not fit your requirements.
I have also found a collection of Sony Minidisc manuals which might come handy in comparing specs etc:
http://www.minidisc.org/manuals/sony/sonysite/
Another link:

In regards to purchasing, again Ebay is your best bet. For example, i found the MZ-R500 in your budget:
Hope this helps
Cheers

Thanks for this, The MZ-R500 looks great! Going to have a extra look to see if there is anything better, but I'll probably get that
