I got my NW-A45 recently after my dear ipod gave in (and it was a bit too expensive for me to continue with apple).
But I am trying to find similar parameters in my new NW-A45...Like a playlist automatically created with my most listened songs...Couldn't find any (except a little category on the Music Center programme but not being transferred on my walkman...).
The playlist system in general is confusing and the way the songs are transferred is just not doing it for me. The system is quite frustrating and the tutorials/functions are either too simple or too high tech with sound equaliser etc.
Would it be easier for me to use another programme than Music Center?
I have also tried to follow the tutorial to put lyrics with my songs but it seems awfully long, does anyone have a way that is simpler?
Hi there,
Welcome to the Sony Community.
I'm looking into this and will update the thread when I have more information.
In the meantime perhaps someone else in the community may have a solution.
Best wishes,
Sean Mc
Hi lmayar,
As far as the lyrics go it's only a matter of finding the .lrc files. It's surely possible to create the file yourself as the Help Guide of the walkman says, but it may also be possible to find these files somewhere online.
As far as transferring files goes, Music Centre is the only recommended application by Sony. It may be possible to drag and drop files and playlists directly using Windows Explorer or to use something like Windows Media Player to transfer the files.
