NW-A45 Walkman - Playlist transfer

Hi - I recently had to purchase a new laptop and have successfully transferred the music and imported it into ''Music Centre for PC'' from my old laptop to the new one

My previous play lists are not showing on the laptop - is there anyway to transfer the playlists that are on my Walkman back onto my new laptop without having to set them up again manually
