Content Transfer for Mac (interface for ITunes) simply doesn't work, the product does not show up in the transfer wwindow. There's a lot on external blogs about it previous models. I contacted, by email, Sony Support for help and they said it doesn't exists!

What's going on Sony? I understand you never respond to critscm on here neither? Is that true?
At the moment with the three new Walkmans Mac users will either have to manually drag and drop your files which means no Playlists.. Or...
Use an external App like Dapper (profile definition A15 works for this model). This will help to transfer from iTunes to the both disks. But you will end up with two playlists, one for each drive, which with this system is unavoidable.
No seemless drive use is a disaster!
