I'm having a problem transferring some albums to my NW-A45 (SD card).
The majority of the albums transfer correctly but some go into an 'Unknown' folder.
For example; I've transferred 4 albums by the Stranglers. 3 of the them show up correctly in the Artist section, labelled 'the Stranglers' but one of them has gone into the 'Unknown' folder and just says 'Black and White' (the name of the album).
This problem mainly seems to be with wma files but also has happened with some mp3s as well.
And when I converted the wma files to mp3s it didn't make any difference.
I have labelled everything correctly ie artist name, album name and have downloaded the album artwork where necessary but this doesn't seem to make any difference.
Any idea how I can resolve this?
