Sony Headphone app not connecting with my WH-H900N Headphones

The Sony Headphone app on my Iphone 8 is not connecting with my  WH-H900N Headphones.

It has paired successfully with the Iphone and i am merrily listening to music on Spotify.

The App comes up with the following message 'unable to retreive information'.

 

Anyone know what the problem is

Hello @massieg,

 

have you tried starting the app first and then put the headphones back into pairing mode?
