I have a SONY NW-WS413 underwater mp3 player - it is under a year old and still in warranty. It has become faulty with the buttons on the left ear not working correctly. I have restarted it and done various things to get it working to no avail. I've tried contacting the seller on Amazon that I bought it from but they are not reponding, I presume that I should be able to get a repair or replacement, but it is proving almost impossable to contact anyone. Any help appreciated.
