Hello thank you for getting back to me, I cannot find media Go, I've looked every where for it and just can't find it can you advise please where I need to look for it. I have never used a walkman before, I downloaded the information when I connected it to my windows computer and it put a small blue icon on my desk top, can you please advise me if it is in that, sorry feel a bit silly asking you this but new to this.
