I have connected my SRS-X11 to my Windows 10 laptop, however I can only get sound when i select the hands-free deveice in the systems 'playback devices' - there is no sound when i select the stereo device. The sound is poor quality (telephone quality).
I have tried a few different options - disable 'hands free telephony'; disable the microphone.
But there is still no sound when stereo device is selected!
Has anyone else encountered this issue?

Hi there
To me this sounds like you have made a connection using the hands free (HFP/HSP) bluethooth protocols instead of A2DP. Best thing to do is either disconnect (unpair) the speaker and re-pair it back again, or alternatively "Initialise the speaker"
