Why does a £200 phone have the worst call quality.
I've spent the entire year and have not been able to have one conversation with these headphones.
Everyone who I call says they can't hear me. I constantly have clients droppingthe phone on me! I miss important calls because these headphones do not have a functioning microphone however sunny advertised them as so.
What is going on Sony? You can't sell a product at this piece range and decieve your customers
Never buying another product from Sony again .

that doesn't sound normal to me.
Why haven't you exchanged the headphones or send them in for repair after you first experienced this issue?

That's actually a great point. I have actually bought a new pair of headphones and the same problem persisted. I then took those same headphones and my previous headphones in for repair. After the repair the same problem persisted. This is a problem with the line. Sony should have never released this product without proper testing.

if this would be an issue with the whole product-line, i would have read about this here, on reddit and other platforms, yet I have not.
So I would rather say you were really unlucky with the two pairs of headphones you received.
