Hello.

I have haid my headphones for 2 weeks. Theres a high "ping" sound now and then. I dont now why, and i can not find any informations of this in the manual. Is there anyone that now what it is and if i can geet rid of it?

I saw in the instruktion on Sonys helpdesk that its possible to have vibration in the phones when there a call incoming.

I have not found that possibility in my app for android, any tipps?

Hello @Kent46134,

that is the so called 'adaptive Noise Cancellation' which notices when you start start to move or sit down.

You can deactivate it inside the Headphones Connect app.
