Why is the Equalizer setting reverting back to Off after disconnecting? I do not want to change that setting just because I get disconnected. It should stay. (Luckily it doesn't delete the Custom setting completely, but still it's annoying that the setting goes to Off by itself.)
For Sony developers, I'd like to give also this feedback regarding my experience on WH-1000XM3:
DSEE HX: as far as I understand, this setting seems to be hoax. I'd suggest removing this feature as it seems like useless bloatware. The HX stands for hoax? Sound Position Control on the other hand works somewhat well, though is also useless in practice. Effect presets have always been completely useless on all audio devices, as here also. Also the "Clear bass" name is funny, when you crank that up, the bass becomes unclear muddling low-mid field. A more suitable name would be "Unclear bass", especially for certain kinds of music (depends on the music a bit whether the bass will "clip" or not). The Headphones app crashes quite often, once it does, you have to quit it and reload it. EQ has a funny/annoying visual bug when editing EQ, 25k/63k should of course be 2.5k/6.3k or 2,6k/6,3k.
Unrelated to the headphones: this website (sony.co.uk etc.) is very buggy, regarding the sign in process (related to automatic country change). Has been the same for many years. Without knowing how to trash cookies I would've not been able to sign in even. Should've been fixed many years ago.
