Hi All,
I recently purchased Sony Wireless Headphones (WH-CH700N). I connect via bluetooth and it works fine. However if I make a movement (e.g. bend down to pick up something) I find that the music I'm listening to skips forward or backward. On a couple of occasions it caused a power off. It's as if the movement is causing the buttons on the headphones to operate. It's extremely annoying. Anyone else have this problem?

Hi SWhiteEnnis,
To me, this sounds like a strange behavior. Also, I'm not sure if that's a glitch within the headset or a feature that you could've enabled unintentionally. Have you tried to reset the headset as described here: https://helpguide.sony.net/mdr/whch700n/v1/en/contents/TP0001613432.html? Also, for how long have you had this problem?

Thanks Vanilla,
I tried resetting and it's now working fine. I can move around and I get no inadvertant track selection.
Someone asked how long have I had this problem - I only have the headphones a few weeks and I think it was like that from the start. Anyway, the reset seems to have fixed it.
Thanks for your help.
