I have a BDP S380 Bluray player, even though in the manual (page 24) it says it can play MKV but when I tried that it does not work, although I can see the complete file name and the format, but it just wont play.

Is there something wrong with my player, or with the setting?

Edit: It works fine after I updated the firmware
