Problem with sony tablet s video format

Hello all I have problems with video on sony tablet S. I have converted them to mp4 but when I located them in it looks very strange and it just crashes on the screen

Use Handbrake http://tinyurl.com/mgpd2y to convert to MP4. I've converted a number of DVD's and they've come out great.

But make sure you check the file extension, it must say MP4

Because you said they look strange I'm guessing they're not in the right aspect for the tablet. what did you use to convert them? when you were offered the choice of format to convert them into, which option did you select (mp4 can have different aspect ratios etc.

if you're not worried about the throw option, may I suggest you download mx video player from the market as its opened and played everything for me so far

i used Freemake video converter.

The best settings are as follows:

size 1280 x 720

frame rate 30

bitrate 1500

I'm not sure where the settings are in your program, but that's what you should be aiming for.

i think i have found out why because it a digital copy of "harry potter 7 part 2 PC"
