Sony's warranty.

I bought a Sony Xperia tablet about one month ago. After coulple of weeks ago device started freezing. I doesn't respond. After contacting sony customer support they justs asked to return factory settings. I had even tried reset device several time, but it's even diffucult to pass land and language settings. Only thing what Sony can do after that, they advice me to sent it to their service undersupplier. And Sony said that the problem must caused by some loaded application.That undersupplier can't said how long tome repairing can took, but at least several months due their que.

I returned device to the place where I was purchased it. And we agreed that device does not work. That's clear. The seller asked me to sign a document, that seller is not responsible, because warranty is covered by Sony.

So good is customer service and warranty of Sony here in Finland. I thought to bought quality product, but got nothing but responsibles.
