I have a brain tumour so do not follow instructions that well.
I can pair my headphones to my Samsung TV but cannot get them to operate, can anyone assist.
Would it be possible to have a phone call to talk me through the process please??

I’m afraid that this is a customer community, where customers try to help other customers. It is not Sony customer support, so nobody will call you from here.
Your best bet is to contact Sony Customer Support
