I'm sorry to say that if you are experiencing that you are getting a lot of spam E-mails that we can't do that much. But first of all, which E-mail application are you using mostly? If you are using Gmail you can mark the E-mail as spam by holding down your finger on the mail and then pressing the three vertical dots and after that choosing "Report spam".
