Damaged SD card. How do I retrieve files stored on it?

Hi @Kidd1, sorry to hear about what has happened to your SD card.

We do not have any tools to recover the data from your SD card, however some manufacturers of SD cards have a program/app that can be used for this

Your best bet is to contact them and see if they offer such a solution, or if they have any other tips that you can try.

Couldn't recognized sd card

Hi @Eddie19721, sorry to hear about this.

Is it the device that can't recognize the SD card? If that is the case, is it possible for other devices to recognize it, or if you have a friend, colleague or family member with an SD card that you can borrow and see if your Xperia XA can recognize it.

This will let us know if the SD card is damaged, or if the SD card reader is not working properly.
