Bluetooth doesnt functioneren after software update

Yesterday my Phone had an software update, Sony xperia xa1, and since ten the bluetooth wont work.

By switching it on, it immediatly shows an prompt. This Will be  visible until You turn bluetooth off.

How to fix this problem?

In this case, the first step I suggest would be to boot the device into Safe mode to see if the problem continues.

Tried in save mode, but the problem stays.

Yesterday I called with Nokia carecentre, their advice was waiting until a software fix was released or replace complete software.

A fix can take some time, I think replacing the software is the best option.

Hi I got the same issue. Does not work in the safe mode either.

I recently backed up and then put on New software.

It now functions like New. 

Took several hours, but im glad.

Hi, can you specify what have you done? After the back up you did "factory data reset" or something else to make bluetooth work?
