how to create a new note

i would like to know how to creat a notes in Xperia XA1?

i have searched in the device and trired but couldnt find a way.

If you mean the small app "Notes" that was present in older Z-series, it was removed long ago.

A great choice for note taking app is Google Keep, and it will be synced to any device you log in to with the same Google credentials.
