I own a benq projector. I need to project the camera with the projector to demonstrate procedures. Can i do it linking The cell to The projector with a usb C-hdmi cabe?!

Take into account that you would need a WiFi network, but not necessarily an internet connection. You can get it with another phone or a router not connected to the internet. Yes, you would need two extra devices for doing something that you theoretically could do with just a cable, but is the only solution as far as I know.

I think you can’t. You would need an intermediate device such as chromecast to connect it to the projector through HDMI and connect your phone to the chromecast trough WiFi
