Hi Team,

I bought Sony Xperia XA1 phone on 6th Aug 2017 for 282 dollars from Singapore airport on my way to Yangon, Myanmar. With lot of expectation I bought this Sony product. I love sony products very much. Next month also I am planned to buy a home theatre system which is worth around 875 dollars.

But the purchase of Sony XA1 Xperia phone disappointed me. The very next day after I bought the phone I saw that Sony is providing bundled free offer(Sony Headphone and powerbank) along with the phone which is worth 100 dollars which I have not received when I purchased. This bundled offer I saw along with Sony XA1 Xperia phone in all the shops in Yangon, Myanmar. This really disappointing for me as am a hard core fan of Sony products.

It will give me a great happiness if you can provide me the gift for me also from any of the outlets in Yangon, Myanmar. Other than my happiness sony’s brand name will fly high I my mind and in my friends and relatives mind through my word of mouth.

Request you to please check what best you can offer me on this.

If I understand correctly, when you bought the phone in Singapore the bundled offer that included a pair of Sony headphones and a powerbank was not available there but when you when you arrived in Myanmar you saw that some stores offered this bundle when purchasing the Sony Xperia XA1?

Do note that campaigns are market/region specific and some retailers/operator may offer a campaign while others don't.

I would recommend that you get in touch with the Local support in Singapore or Myanmar. They will be able to provide you with a more detailed answer since this is a global forum and I work globally so I'm not familiar with all campaigns in all markets.
