I have brought Sony Xperia XA1. I am getting the issue from second day onwards. My mobile sound is automatically going down. After restarting the mobile sound is coming up. I have tried to change the sound settings when the sound is down but I can't. I am sony brand lover for all time but I don't know why the products are behaving like this.
Please provide a permanent solution.
