screenshot: Press and hold power & volume up for 1-2seconds at the same time
send that screenshot to a friend or transfer it to another device (computer, tablet, phone, etc) if you don't see the stripes then it is a hardware issue and you will have to send it in to get inspected/repaired >>> Local support
