Hi @Maxie19, welcome to the community.
If you are able to navigate to the settings menu, you can reset the System UI.
To do this go to Settings > Apps > 3 Dots > Show System > System UI > Storage > Clear Data, then restart your phone.
If you can't navigate here, or the reset doesn't resolve the issue, then I recommend you perform a software repair using Xperia Companion.

I've tried the steps of starting in Safe Mode, clearing the System UI data and cache, and a software repair for my Xperia, but have the problem till persists. Any other suggestions, please?
