I am unable to send messages usingy sony xperia ultra xa phone.
I can receive sms and can do outgoing calls just fine as well as mobile data but outgoing sms.are.just.impossible.
My carrier is Smart and i have tried using a different phone to check if it will work and it did. I was able to send message just fine.
I have already seek assistance with Smart about the concern and there is no issue with the account.
Please advise further steps to take about this issue.
