Active quick settings not working from 2nd row onward

Hi,

Current android version is 5.0.2.

My active quick settings doesn't seem to be working from the 2nd row onward be it if it s airplane mode or auto-rotate quick shortcut.

However when it is on the top row it works.

Same with notification message/mail. I can only swipe them if they are at the top half.

Settings > about phone > diagnostics > test > test the touchscreen and report back.

Touchscreen is working fine. I can clear the display with no issue.

In other words, the touchscreen work just fine but not when you pull down the notification bar?

Same issue here too with Sony Xperia Z1 Compact, Android 5.0.2, Software Version 14.5.A.0.270.

Edit: Restarting the phone seems to temporarily solve the issue. Propably some kind of issue with (invisible) notifications overlaying the second row of quick settings?
