I've just upadated the OS to 15.4A.19 for the Andorid 4.3 and I have noticed that there is not option for T9 keyboard.

I will never see again T9 key board on Xperia M?

I do not think that Sony has something like that but you can try swiftkey.

Change to Chinese input and set language to English and select phone pad that's it
