battery problem in Xperia Ion

i brought Xperia Ion 3 months ago. but now recently i have a problem related battery. Using any app the battery drains in seconds showing i have 1%battery left even i charged it 2 minutes ago. if now it shows 70% battery afters seconds battery Drains and showing 1% battery left.. In service Centre they said it is Virus not battery problem. i update software 2 times but problems not solved yet. suggest something..

i have the same problem...how to get rid of t...also my ion is makeing restarts any time it wishes....in the middle of the call or when i'm using it...it just flashes yellow and shuts down...i made repaire for my phone on pc comanion but it didn't help

Please reset the phone via the backup & Reset option in settings and then run the repair again:

To repair the phone software
1.     Install PC Companion on a Windows PC from Support
2.     In PC Companion, under Support Zone and click Start.
3.     Under Phone Software Update, click Start.
4.     Click repair phone.
5.     Follow the on-screen instructions.

I purchased a Xperia Ion 6 months ago but my battery drains out in around 12 hours without using the phone, and one more problem when the battery reached near 20% the battery automatically drops down to 1% and my phone switches off and when I plug in the charger it start showing 20%+.

You need a software repair,download either PC companion or Sony update service and attempt a repair.Backup your data before.

Hi I have been using ion for past 1 yr but recently my phone is suffering a battery problem,. the. Battery doesn't indicate it's draining percentage, it always shows 100% but suddenly drops to 1% and gets switched off later on connecting to charger it again starts with 100%. I have replaced battery but then too I have the same problem

Hey actually after I ve replaced my battery I ve also updated my software, and my phone runs smooth no problem I want to know wheather the problem was due to battery or software
