I logged onto Sony support to view the manual. Had the nano sim ready. Opened the cover, located a transparent strip and attempted to remove it. What I had was a 5cm strip with a CE stamp on it! No holder for the nano card, no explanation in the manual (online or the one I recieved). I've checked the packaging multiple times, looked on Youtube and Google. Can someone enlighten me please?
The SIM tray would sit below the IMEI Tag, which is what you pulled out, if it is not there, I agree with Phy, I suggest taking back to the place of purchase and let them know accordingly.
