Cracked screen auto pressing Xperia Z2

The screen for my Xperia Z2 phone cracked (not dropped or hit, this is another case of the self cracking issue, but that's another matter).

I have the same old problem of being unable to unlock my phone in order to back up everything before repairing. I have seen the previous topics on this and tried using an OTG mouse to draw the pattern, but the problem is this: the cracked screen is auto clicking repeatedly on one spot (on the '4' key), making it impossible to to register the mouse drag for long enough to draw the pattern.

So, does anyone know A: how to backup the phone contents without being able to unlock the phone, or B: whether there is someway to diasble the touch screen (again, without being able to turn on the phone) so that I can use the OTG mouse?

Thanks

There's no such thing as self-cracking screens but that's another topic

This might work, you could use Android Device manager or MyXperia and change the lock code to just 4s

I was trying 6 phones z2 for "self cracking" no one crack. They was on bicycle on back pockets. Used in hot tub. Never had any problem all 5 phones. Only one cracked which one was on bicycle tyre. It doesn't survive my ride.

I had the same problem, screen cracked and kept auto clicking. I did this : opened back glass cover, and following tutorials on YouTube, pull off the flex that activates the touchscreen, but leaving the connection to the screen still on. Hope this helps you!
