Data Connection Suddenly Stopped

Haii , This Is my problem

its happens  when the signal bars are full and seems to be connected to the network I am not able to make phone calls, send Text messages or use the Mobile Data in short no network usage.

This usually happens when I am using the Mobile Data when suddenly it stops functioning but I dont get notified as the Network bars are still good enough.

its always happend after 15 minutes , the mobile data not working . but the H icon still there n to fix it i need to turn off the data and wait untill the H icon gone , n reopen the data . Is it software problem ? or hardware ? how to fix this ? its annoying .

Alrready try factory reset , flash it , hard reset and im also try to use tht sim in other phone its fine .

Xperia Z

Kitkat 4.4.4

LockedBootloader

10.5.1.A.0.283

Please Help me Fix this :(((((

Are you loading a task manager or antivirus before you start using the device after the reset etc?

Are you able to test with another SIM card in this phone, this will help determine where the issue is located.

This is really unfortunate, this sounds like it could be hardware related. I suggest getting in touch with Sony Mobile Customer Care, they should be able to help further.
