did you check if you already have the latest upgrade?
settings>about phone

or if you try to connect to software update or PCC. does it say you have the latest update already?

I was try 2 way. Ota update and pcc but i dont see anything.

My suggestion, try using a new Xperia companion to repair you phone. This way it might get your phone to a new FW.

@Mrbeeb If you still don't have the latest version after a software repair I'm afraid you will have to send the phone back to the service center again.
