Emergency calls only indicates that there's a problem with your SIM-card or subscription. It could also be that your operator doesn't have any network coverage where you're located.
I recommend that you first try the phone with another SIM-card and that you contact your operator about this.
Dear Richard,
I'm sorry to inform you that my sim card is ok, I put it in another phone and it's ok I can send messages and calling.
But my phone without sim is locked, Yesterday I call my network and he confirm me that my sim card is ok.
Thanks

That sounds strange. Emergency calls only means that your phone is connected to the mobile network but the network does not allow you to do anything else then place emergency calls with your SIM-card.
Try setting the phone to GSM only and also try WCDMA only under Settings -> More -> Mobile networks -> Network mode to see if it might be a problem with one of the networks.
If that doesn't help i recommend that you contact a service location or local Sony Xperia support (http://www.sonymobile.com/global-en/support/contact-us/) for further investigation of the phone.
I'm sorry, but I have just contacted the networ (vodafone) but he confirm me that the sim haven't any problems infact with another phone I can use my sim without problems.
About your instruction I can't use my phone it's completely blocked. On my display there is only the numeric keypad and I can only compose the emergency number. I touch the display but nothing happens!!!!!!!!
I think that your continuos updates have locked my phone.
Oh, i thought you were able to access the phones menu.
What happens if you start the phone without a SIM-card, can you access the phone then?
No problem, when I switch on my phone I can't use it, on the display the is the numeric keypad and I can put on only the n. 112! Other options are not permitted.
Thanks

If the phone asks for a code even without a SIM-card it sounds like a PIN has been set for the phone itself. If you don't have this PIN you need to reset the entire phone to remove the PIN. You can do that by repairing the phones software using a PC and the USB-cable. Download PC Companion from http://www.sonymobile.com/global-en/software/phones/xperia-e/. The start the application but don't connect the phone and go to Support zone -> Software update -> repair phone and follow the instructions from the software.
You can Sony Xperia E phone from network lock using unlock code. Unlock code is the best and safest way to unlock phone. You can get the unlock code for your phone from your Network service provider or any third party online vendors like Mobile-Unlocker.com here you need to specify your country, Network name to which it is locked, IMEI number of your phone. Then they deliver unlock code to you through mail with unlocking instructions. Using this you can unlock your phone from Network lock easily.
