Flashing album to display the images

To open the Album screen flashes photos, only to open this app.

What is it?

Settings-apps-all-album,force stop and clear data.See if the same occurs.

This may perhaps be related to an issue with the latest version of Album. It has been removed and there will soon be a fix for it.
If Alexdons suggestion doesn't help, try to uninstall the update for Album under Settings -> Apps -> All.
