Flashlight vs Camera flash

Guys is it me but If you use a flash light app it isn't as bright as if you were use the flash to capture a picture. The flashing is mush more dull when compared to the flash used to capture a picture am I right?

Never noticed but I think it could be an illusion - A single quick flash will normally appear brighter as your eyes won't be able to adjust

If you use flashlight there will be constancy and a less bright image.
