Hanging on Shutting down after update to 15.5.A.1.5

Hi Everybody,

I updated to 15.5.A.1.5 But when I connect my Xperia M dual to PC and then disconnect it , I can not power off normally!

Because it hanged on Shutting Down message!

Please help.

Force restart ( power button+volume up until the phone vibrates). Make sure it is connected to wall socket.

What is the wall socket!?
