HELP ! Camera ERROR ..Wont Work After Update

having a really weird issue with my xperia z bought in NZ.. before i had updated it with the latest update i had a problem with the camera not starting up

it would just come up with an error saying "camera not available" this is really annoying me.. it would randomly work during the day then would stop working again.. after the update it hasnt worked and the error keeps popping up. i have used the reset option through the settings on the phone and have resetted it back to factory settings but the error is still coming up, i cant access my camera ! frick someone help pleeeeease !

I also faced some problems with camera.It was not available when phone gets hot.Is it same with you?

i guess thats a saftey thing so when phone gets hot it wont let you use some of the apps that will get it more hot that can cause glass to crack or something more.

Try to clear data for camera. Go to settings > apps > the tab all > camera > clear data. Restart phone and try again.

If the problem persists, try to update/repair the phone software using the program PC Companion:

I did the same actually, cleared the data and restarted the phone. It was still there.

Ran the diagnostics app, both cameras aren't working.

Did the repair using the pc companion, the problem still persisted
