how do i activate the 'From theme' option in the main menu layout setting - Zylo

i have a Three branded Zylo and idownload a flash theme but the icons wont change. when i got to settings and main menu layout, i can choose grid, rotating, singl icon but i cant chose 'From Theme' to chang the icons. Help. i hate the Three preloaded icons

As far as I know, the main menu layout can be set according to theme only with preloaded, but not with downloaded themes.
