how can i get greek lang again?..i have only english and other 5 lang there is update?...

So was this phone bought in Greece? And did you update the software via PC or remotely using the phone only? It certainly sounds strange that you lost a language following a software update.

maybe i must wait for a update to make new update ...yes i buy it from greece and i am from greece...soi need greec lang ...i thing it is very new phone and there many problem but they will fix it soon ....sorry for my english....

ya i ve already downloaded update utility but as soon as i start the application initializes for some time and then shows pop up saying "unexpected error occured .application will shut down now".

i cant understand why thatz happening

What operating system is your PC running on? Have you tried deleting and re-downloadin/installing the application?

my pc is running on windows 7 ultimate ........... ya i've uninstalled and than reinstalled the update utility but still no luck..

actually what happens is first of all window open named "update service"

than it starts resolving network settings than connecting server than after it has made the connection it searches for update after that it stars syncronizing and at this point pop up appears saying

" unexpected error has occured. the application will shut down"......... this is exactly what happens..

OK, first try your phone's remote update service which doesn't require a connection to a PC.If there is a new version of the software, you can download it directly to your phone without a PC.Let me know what happens and we'll take it from there.
