i have xperia e3 dual.a week ago, i hv been facing firewall problem its kind a black screen which blinks contiue over the screen
as well as when i off the phone nd again try to on it it did'nt ....

That doesn't seem to be a "firewall" issue. Do you experience the same on safe mode ?
