Music player, spotify, videos on fb do not work at sometime. No audio at all.

Sometime when playing music on rhe music player/spotify, it pauses and play simultaneously and there's no audio coming out from the speaker. Then system began to malfunction. I always restart my phone just to return to its normal state. can Someone tell me if it's a software problem. Cos it happens a lot. Sometimes, videos posted on fb didn't play and no audio again

have you tried to boot your phone on safe mode?

if the problem is not present in safe mode it means that an app maybe causing your problem,

try to perform software repair using Xperia Companion

ALready tried booting to safemode and repairing the phone using sony pc companion. Problem still persist. At some point. The audio still working but videos like from fb and ig won't work. It says that it cannot be played for some error. I can still browse but without an audio. Whats going on. No message tone at some time. It's really weird cos i can play music at spotify but no audio on fb, ig, messGe tone from fb messenger. Am i having a defective unit or is it still a software problem. Pls help. Im very annoyed right now.
