my x10 freezes atleast 5 times a day

my x10a freezes atleast 5 times a day while watching movie or playing games. sometimes it restarts itself when its turned back on after it freezes. i have tried re installing android but it still does that, anyone have idea how to fix?

so you already re-install Android 2.1 or are you still running 1.6?

most likely if you already have android 2.1 it's due to some app that you have, are you running an videogame emulator?

Have you followed uliwooly's advice? How much stuff do you have on the phone? It might get a bit shaky if its memory is close to full.

uh yes, thats y i sad "still" freezes.

and i have plenty left on sd card, plus that should be the issue for freezing so much even after reinstalling the os.

is your phone rooted? or are you installing non-market apps>?

all i do is use mediascape and watch a movie, and while playing the movie or any clip the phone would just freeze.

and no i did not install any non market app, im too much of a pussy to gamble my expensive crappy phone for that kind of stuff.

i've exactly the same problem

in mediascape (with 40 pictures), it crash

it frrezes, and reboot, sometimes in loop during 4 or 5 reboot...

it freezes also when i browse contact or use gps, but not each time

you're phone is rebooting ?
