hello,

i have a sony xperia j, but last week my phone can't show my galery pictures, cant play my music on walkman, and can't play movies. whenever i open album my phone getting hang and the screen unresponse. so i restart my phone on the time. and when my phone is on, i still can't do that again and i still restart my phone.

i try to uninstall some apps, it's still hang. still can't show my pictures, can't play my music and videos.

please help

Is the media content loaded on to the internal storage or an SD card?

This could possibly be related to the SD card, are you able to remove it and see if the issue continues with the internal media?

when i remove sd card, i can show my pictures and play music and viedos too.

so, it possible my sd card crashing by virusses?? or anything else?

whats worng with my phone?

it sounds like the SD card may just have some bad data loaded on to it, I suggest backing up the data on to a PC and then performing a format on the SD card.

Once done simply try transferring the content back on to the SD card.

let me know how you get on.
