No network problem

Hi I'm Girish,
I just received a brand new Sony experia Z2. I was very happy and in the beginning I always have this low signal problem and sometime not network at all. But it was fine. Recently since one day I'm having no network at all. I need to go out then I have a very low signal. I have try the sim on another phone and it is working perfectly. I have try to reset the phone check on internet for MMI problem but it's brand new and I don't want to try something I don't know.

Have you tried changing your phone's network mode (Settings > More > Mobile networks > Preferred network type > GSM only) and see if that makes a difference? Or could you test another SIM in your phone?

When you performed the reset, did you do so through the phone's Settings menu or did you perform a software repair using PC Companion?

Hi, thanks for your concern.

While reseting i done it through the hidden menu. I tried to change the preferred network but nothing.
Umm i will try another sim on the phone and check.

All sony devices area great at the network , it sfind suitable network , so its great to people

I had a problem with my Xperia Z2, the network connection suddenly disappeard. I already tried all my remedies, from changing Sim cards, from switching to other sim cards brand, until get to point that I restart my phone several times, and even worst I reset to factory settings. I hope SONY will act this concern, because this cause me inconvenience in my part. Thankyou

@Bodik I'm sorry to hear that. If you have tried the previous suggestions in this topic I'm afraid it sounds like your phone is in need of service. Contact your Local support team for information on how you can get your phone examined further at one of our authorised service centers.
