no sound from speaker

hello!!! 

I RECENTLY GOT A PAIR OF SONY HEAD PHONES AND THEY WORKED FINE ON MY PHONE UNTILL THE PAST WEEK!!!! MY SPEAKER PLAYS WHEN IT FEELS LIKE IT OUT LOUD AND ALSO ON THE PHONE I HAVE TO PUT PEOPLE ON LOUD SPEAKER AND EVAN THAN HALF WAY THREW A CONVOSATION IT STOPS AND I HAVE TO RING THE PERSON BACK. EVAN NO HEAD PHONES WORK AT ALL NOW... HELP!!!!!!

Why are you SCREAMING? all caps = screaming, if you are on a computer click on options > edit post > use lower case, if you are on a phone, scroll to the bottom > full > then options > edit post.
