No sound on voice calls after Lollipop update

I recently upgraded my Xperia T2 Ultra to Lollipop.  Since then, when I call anyone, or they call me I have no sound coming from the built-in earpiece speaker.  I have the volume all the way up, but nothing.  If I change it to speakerphone mode I can hear the other party, but I do not want to have to use speakerphone all the time. 

Has anyone else encountered this problem?  Found any solutions?

I used bridge for Mac to install. Also to repair, and even try to restore from backup. None of those procedures changed my situation. Also I do not have a pc, only a mac.

Do you mean that I should use PCC rather than bridge?

Mac bridge will do just as PCC, and if it didn't help then I think you should contact Sony Care to get it inspected.

I did with my T2 ultra and it was so easy to sort it out.
Mostly it's caused by earphones or headphones when plugged in your phone.
So the easier way to solving this problem is, on a call, simply plug in your earphone and then out.
The sound will be back to normal 🙂
