OK google on lock screen

So today randomly I'm unable to make call using OK google. Once I tell it to make the call from the lock screen it dials the number and locks the screen again. Once screen unlocked the call begins.
Why has this randomly happened,can Sony explain?

what if you try something as simple as restart the phone

Just did and no difference. I really like this feature unfortunately no longer works for me

Try an app preferences reset - Settings then apps then tap the 3 dots then reset app preferences then reboot - You may need to check Google now settings as they may need re-inputting

Try doing this if you didn't do it before:

- Go to your app drawer and start "Google Settings" app

- Under "Services", select "Search & Now" -> "Voice" -> "OK Google detection"

- Check the option of "From any screen"

- Go through the voice training wizard to get the process completed.

Can confirm it does not make a call from lock screen.But when you unlock it is in the state of calling.Search and questions do work on lock screen by saying OK google

From the lock screen saying ok Google works fine for me and I am able to make calls by saying for example Call home both on KK and LP

Stockyvillage I've done that plus a restart and still cannot to work. I think I have to accept there is a possibilities fault with this phone.
