Dear Sir/Madam,

Hope this complaint doe not go in vain or become just another ignored complaint. I personally feel Sony Ericson is an Costumer Oriented Company and considers their opinion too.

  On 28 feb 2013 I had given my hands-free(ear phone - model No. MH 650) of my set WT19i, Live With Walkman, Sony Ericson for servicing as the quality of audibility was too poor (Job No. W113022531... number is not correctly visible) (I took more than 30min to search service centre even after ariving to the same area). Since there was genuine problem with hands-free, the service centre people told me that I will get new hands-free in replacement. They took 45min to place complaint of mine and get job/login number. (FYI I have not included the time of standing in queue) Effectively ONE costumer has to stand for nearly equal to hour in front of staff who registers complaint. If this is the time you people really need to register complaint, then please increase your staff and give them good training or shutdown your service only. 

 

I got call from service centre after few days that the replacement set has arrived. My hometown is Hubli, but I study in Mumbai: hence I went to collect the replacement on 23 March 2013.

But I was shocked to see that the arrived Hands-free was was not supported by my hand set (WT19i) and it was of Model-650c. Even though I left out with patience, I spoke politely with service centre staff n told them to courier it to my mumbai address as mistake is from service centre side n cannot come again n again to service centre. They too replied politely that they surely courier it to the given address.

 

But today (28 march 2013) I got the call that new required hands-free has arrived n shockingly they are telling that they cannot courier it as it costs them money.

My question is

1. Why cannot company send me courier (even though wen they promised earlier) the replacement when there is mistake from it own side, I am not freely sitting here to go to your service centre again n again whenever you do mistake?? Is this what you say professional ethics??

 

2. Why it takes 45min to register complaint of one costumer??

3. Why NOT there any name boards/direction indicators to the service centre, it is such a place that even though it is my home town I only took much time (more than 30min) to find service centre. Dont you want your costumer to find your service centre and take service from you??

 

4. Your service centre also gives service to many other companies also under same roof n with same staff, Why I should wait to in your own service centre for the sake of service of other companies???

I wrote this much big complaint tells that how much pain your service has given to me.

 

Hope you will consider this complaint very seriously.
